The Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and clean, providing ample room for our family. The location was superb, just a short walk from the subway, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The overall experience was marred slightly by the lack of a dining option within the hotel, and the exhibit on display seemed unchanged from previous visits, which felt disappointing.

We had a lovely time at this place. The staff was super nice and even helped me get a special surprise ready for my fiance. That kind of personal touch? You just don't forget.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the quality we got, it felt acceptable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored a sound bath and enjoyed a session at The Dharma Yoga New York Center. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Great location with many attractions within walking distance.
The only downside was the street noise in our room, which kept us up at night.

We had an amazing stay here with our grown children! The location was perfect for venturing into the city. Our favorite was starting every morning with coffee from the Lure restaurant and checking out the incredible art installations around the lobby, which made our stay feel special and unique.
My kids wished that the pool hours were extended, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

The central location made it easy to explore numerous attractions and dine at fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious, with multiple sitting areas and a very comfortable bed, while the bathroom was impressively clean and roomy. Though the amenities like the coffee machine were a nice touch, there were times when the common areas felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and enjoy a variety of restaurants. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom setup, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I encountered a few issues with the cleanliness of the room and the lack of responsiveness from the housekeeping staff. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some improvements in service and room maintenance would make a big difference.

Also, don't miss out on the local eateries nearby—The Purple Pig for tantalizing tapas is a must! And the room was cozy, not massive, but had a lovely vibe that felt homey.
But, oh boy, the noise situation was real! I was on the 16th floor and it felt like I was camped out at the bus station with how loud it was. The windows seriously need a makeover. Plus, room service?

I recently stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 nights. The art galleries added a unique touch. The bedside charging block was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The central location made exploring easy. 👍

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the excellent location that made it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the room was quite warm even after adjusting the thermostat, and the bathroom counter space could be improved. A late check-out option would be ideal for guests with late flights.
